Ledger, the smartcard-based Bitcoin hardware wallet, yesterday Tweeted, requesting Tron developers to get in touch with them for evaluating the technical complexity related to their new blockchain [mainnet launch]. This comes after a Twitter user asked Ledger if they can expect TRX support.
Tron [TRX] recently launched their testnet with a decision to move away from ERC-20. They have been receiving support from many exchanges and wallets, to name some, Bit-Z, Bitfinex, Bitpie, Coinnest, Coinrail, Bithumb, Bibox, Binance, BITKOP, Okex, DragonEx, Bittrex, Liqui, Bixin, Gate.io, RightBTC, UpBit, ZebPay and Huobi Pro.
Ledger Wallet was among the most popular destination for TRON holders. However, in the recent past, this wallet had failed to be proactive in making the most of their already established user base in relation to TRON alliance. They recently announced their support for Nano and Nimiq. These 3rd-party apps for the Ledger Nano are available on the Ledger Manager.
