@kennyskitchen has been putting in WORK interviewing all the interesting wonderful people in Acapulco. I have decided its time to flip the script and interview Kenny for a change. Discussion topics include how @kennyskitchen comes up with his awesome vegan recipes, his networking abilities, and what his "plans" are for the future, including his upcoming Kenny's Cook Book he is releasing.

Kenny has been a good friend of mine since I moved to Oregon from the East coast almost 5 years ago. He was introduced to me by another good friend @alchemage, who was the one who convinced me to move to Oregon originally.
