It shocks me very time I encounter these malformed arguments that the producer of said argument cannot recognize the inherent violent collectivism contained within.

No, no you're not. You have failed to understand the principle and axiomatic, objective reality of self-ownership, and its necessary primacy and absolute moral authority in regard to all other ideas, theories, or prescribed actions.
