BlueWonkie skier drawing, My Behind The Scene

Hello my tweedle dees of the tweedle dum day !

Today I will show you my little skier drawing process that you have seen
in my yesterday photo

To begin I sketch the character that pops into my mind....seems this Wonkie wants to do some cheerful acrobatics ;-) First with pencil and eraser, and then with a fine feltpen when I'm sure this is the right BlueWonkie that is going to show up ^_

After that, I neatly color using my favourite bright colors...love to use the Polychromos pencils from Faber-Castell


I love to give some depth to my colouring, applying light colors first, then darker tints
Here is the Wonkie becoming a BlueWonkie...

He told me he would be better seen on the snow...

~ yes, he is strongly determined to have lots of winter fun ;-) ~

Did you notice how BlueWonkies do not need a lot of clothes ..? Indeed they are cheerfully hot, and accessories such as gloves, hat and scarf are only here for the smart fun, magnifying the winter enjoyment ^_

BlueWonkies feel like they are going to a party,
