For this beginning of the week we will start with a small cat portrait that we realized on a small wood log (well, a slice...) 😺

J'espère que vous avez passé un délicieux week-end 😊
En ce début de semaine nous allons commencer par un petit portrait de chat que nous avons réalisé sur un petit rondin de bois 😺
I first drew the silhouette in pencil
J'ai d'abord dessiné la silhouette au crayon
then I had a layer of white gesso to have a luminous base on which to color my cat with Neocolor II watersoluble pastels
puis j'ai passé une couche de gesso blanc pour avoir une base lumineuse sur laquelle colorer mon chat à l'aide des craies hydrosolubles Néocolor II
Then I spread the blue pigments with my wet brush...
Ensuite, j'étale les pigments bleus avec mon pinceau humide ...et voilà ! 😻
I just have to add a striped background and my mini painting is finished _
Il n'y a plus qu'à ajouter un arrière plan rayé et mon mini tableau est terminé _
