Here is a new creature that will soon join my gallery of colorful characters with sometimes disparate members ... 😄

I'm going to show you a few steps of this painting and I'll unveil its final assembly tomorrow 😉

Voici une nouvelle créature qui va bientôt rejoindre ma galerie de personnages colorés aux membres parfois disparates...😄

Je vais vous montrer quelques étapes de ce tableau et je vous dévoilerai son assemblage final demain 😉

It all started with a pair of eyes ...
Whaat ? Did I really say a pair ? two pairs of eyes indeed ! 😉

Tout a commencé avec une paire d'yeux...
Que dis-je une paire ? deux paires d'yeux ! 😉

For my painting, I used a square canvas on cardboard 11.81 inches that I first coated with a layer of gesso.

Then I used my watercolor Neocolor pencils for a first layer of blue

Pour mon tableau, j'ai utilisé une toile sur carton de 30 x 30 cm que j'ai tout d'abord enduite d'une couche de gesso.

Ensuite, j'ai utilisé mes crayons Neocolor aquarellable pour une première couche de bleu

I then used acrylic paint to opacify my background ... a shade a little greener to create an interesting turquoise blue

J'ai ensuite utilisé de la peinture acrylique pour bien opacifier mon fond ...une teinte un peu plus verte pour créer un bleu interessant turquoise

To give an interesting texture I then sprayed drops of darker and very diluted acrylic paint,
waving and tapping on a fine brush over the canvas

Pour donner une texture intéressante j'ai ensuite projeté des gouttes de peinture acrylique plus foncée et très diluée,
en agitant et tapotant sur un pinceau fin au dessus de la toile

On a thick sheet I created a background with my watercolor pastels
I have already shown you several times how I got my painted papers,
and fortunately for that matter, because I completely forgot to photograph the steps so we will go abruptly to the moment when I have already cut out all the pieces ... LoL

Sur une feuille épaisse j'ai crée un fond avec mes pastels aquarellables
Je vous ai déjà montré plusieurs fois comment j'obtenais mes papiers peints, et heureusement d'ailleurs, car j'ai complètement oublié de photographier les étapes donc nous allons passer abruptement au moment où j'aurais déjà découpés tous les morceaux...LoL

Mais moi je l'aime déjà beaucoup en vrac, je dois bien l'avouer 😃
