Symbols, Signs and Signets - p.69
We are still in The Alchemist Hut and we are representing The Alchemical Spirits and The Four Seasons.
I think of Alchemy as a "gentle science", I believe its roots are deeply embedded in human instinct, therefore by exploring the alchemist work one can explore a way of thinking which has been muted by modernism.
Whether we like to admit it or not, our genetic code reads of mental and moral oppression of our own doing, alchemy is a key to secretly explore the other side of morality.
Also, I understand that for ages the alchemist labelled the experiments as a pursuit to turn any material to gold, as if it was a way to keep the greedy "moral makers" off their back, so that humans could begin to make sense of their existence.
