Videogames have amazing graphic and scenic design, everyone knows it. RPGs in the 1st/3rd person view make also possible to look at the landscape at many angles and to explore the 3D world on your monitor in detail. In the last 30 years the videogame graphic has probably played a major role in the formation of people imagination.
For artists, these images can be useful opportunities to create artworks.
Some years ago I painted a series of artworks over screenshots (printed on tracing paper) I took in some MMORPG and CRPG I used to play (World of Warcraft, FallOut, TLOTROnline etc.). I'm showing here some of those works. :)
