I'm excited to say that 6 of my artworks will be in a group show dedicated to italian writer Giorgio Manganelli, from April 13 to June 30.

Manganelli Finxit. Arte come menzogna
Opening in Urbino on April 13, Thursday, 1.30 pm. New cultural project dedicated to Giorgio Manganelli. By Vittorio Sgarbi and Lietta Manganelli.
In the House of Poetry and in Raphael College, a wide selection of artworks connected to the famous italian writer, journalist and art critic. Works by Nanni Balestrini, Paolo Beneforti, Paolo Della Bella, Giuliano Grittini, Giuliana Maldini, Franco Nonnis, Gastone Novelli, Giovanna Sandri, Marisa Bello e Giuliano Spagnul.
Manganelli's best friends were painters, the only ones able to "see" and not just "read" the books of the most imaginative of the writers.
For this reason we wanted (or he, Manganelli, wanted - that remains to be seen) gather the most of the artworks inspired by his books. Artworks of that time and current ones. Artworks by artists who read Manganelli and then they have not been those same. (Lietta Manganelli)
