Dragons are always fun right?

Dragons are THE iconic fantasy creature. Hands down, no other critter comes close to embodying the spirit of the fantasy genre. I really love to draw them. It is surprising how little dragons actually show up in fantasy role playing games. That is good in the sense of not making them played out, but sometimes I wonder if we in the gaming industry have taken that a bit too far. But alas yes, dragons. I do love them. Here we have a young adult green dragon from the Dungeons and Dragons game system bargaining with some adventurers. Green dragons are my favorite of the D&D baddie dragons. They are sly and cunning. Not brutish thugs like the blues and reds but can hold their own in a melee quite well thank you. Cyan Bloodbane from the Dragonlance books has been one of my all time favorite depictions of a dragon. Just wonderfully done I think. Enjoy and happy gaming!
