Paint.NET is graphics and photo editing software application for personal computers on Windows operating system.
It includes a user-friendly interface with support for layers, almost limitless undo, special effects, and a wide range of useful and highly effective tools.
Initially planned as a free replacement for the Microsoft Paint software that comes with Windows, it has become a powerful yet easy image and photo editor tool. It is comparable and equivalent with all major photo editing tools such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or The Gimp.
