What's this time that has come for every Bananafish follower? One year and some months ago I created the @bananafish account, starting from the Finish The Story Contest whose first 20 editions have been held from my personal one. Since the beginning, I always had this idea of a community where members could join their strengths to create together a joyous steemit experience through writing contests. An experience where it doesn't matter if we're minnows or redfish. A place where normal people, with an off-line life, contribute to creating something unique even if they can't be online 24/7, even if they don't have a bazillion of SP. A place, let me add, where the content we create and the friends we make matter way more than the upvotes we can give or receive.

We are looking for n. 2 steemians to join our managing staff crew

- Who are the current staff members?

@f3nix, @brisby, @marcoriccardi, @calluna, @hidden84 (the last with an advisory role)

- What's their role within the community?

They post and take care of the @bananafish account. Through the contests, they give life to this community which develops around fiction and poetry.

- Who are we looking for?

We are looking for n. 2 members that will run the Finish the Story contest, each of them once per month (if we are 4, I included, then everyone can take care of a week). Running the contest means: creating a good prompt (the first half of the story), posting twice, curating, upvoting, resteeming, supporting, judging, distributing the rewards.. make the bananafish mojo flow and the magic happen!

With a team of 6 active staff members we'll organize this way: Marco in charge of the Mizu no Oto contest / Calluna in charge of the Tell a Story to Me contest / I, Brisby + 2 in charge of the Finish The Story contest, each of the 4 will take care of 1 week per month.

- Who's this post addressed to?

Everyone. Of course, we will give preference to our delegating members and community. We look for someone that loves reading, writing, and the fiction genre in particular.

- Why this change?

Because Mrs. F3nix is finally back from abroad after 2 years and now family life can continue! I will be less on Steemit, this is a happy thing for me but, at the same time, I love this project so much. It has enormous potential, we did amazing things together, everyone put so much passion and I'd love it to keep prospering. Besides, I always believed in the beauty of things when they're shared. That's it.

- Yes, everything is so cool, but what do I gain in being part of the staff crew?

Sure. Let's be prosaic. If this "call" works, meaning we find 2 staff members, I'll give to every staff member 9% ownership share of the @bananafish account. For every post, the members are entitled to receiving a min. of 1.000 (one thousand) SNAX tokens. They will hold the posting/active key, they will be free to use the upvotes the way they deem in line with the Bananafish goals. They can promote their own posts with priority in the discord server and have admin rights over there. They can obviously enjoy a space within the contest posts where they can link their initiatives or talk about their blog. What else? The more the Bananafish will grow the better. And, honestly, I believe that we kinda demonstrated, after 4 different successful partnerships/endorsements and a number of rewards distributed, that we can keep progressing successfully and create something unique in the Steemit environment. I forgot to say that, in case we succeed in this initiative, I will renew my delegation of 2.000 (two thousand) SP to the @bananafish account (other than my current 300 SP delegation).

- Seems juicy, where can I candidate myself?
