Hello, beer tasters and other Steemians!
A today is a #beersaturday event and that's my contribution.
I got 0,33 l bottle of Ulmer Pilsener.
It's a classic pilsener style beer, brewed by Familienbrauerei Bauhöfer, Rencher-Ulm, Germany. The beer got some World and European beer awards in 2017, so let's see how my taste is aligned with this.
Beer is pure, light yellow, the foam is not high. The taste is bitter in the beginning, in the background malt and a weak hue of honey, maybe some herbs. Well-balanced sweetness and bitterness at the end. Alc: 5.2% vol.
Classic Pils, but nothing special as you would expect for a world beer award. Well, it's just my opinion.
