Funds were just distributed yesterday to kick off the first university Bitshares competition we're having for my Intro to Investments course. Here's an earlier article describing how we're using Bitshares and Steemit for the course.
The competition is entirely voluntary and so far we have nine students participating. They each received 2,425 BTS yesterday and can trade any way they want with the funds. They can even just sit on the funds and hope their classmates end up with some bad trades.
The student with the highest total account value on August 4th wins.
