Officially:

Conclusion
Klout can be a great tool - if you use it! You can:
- check your progress,
- see where you are influencing your followers,
- define weak areas,
- follow the experts in your field and learn from them,
- much more, I am certain ...
Don't forget that this is only a tool. It is a reflection of your online activity. It is not a goal in itself.
Your goal is to publish quality content and share it, to be consistent and honest.
That's all :)
I'll end with my rank within bitcoin field:
0.2% is quite good. But I can and will improve on that.
