This is my entry for the contest proposed by @ feel.buzz in which we must write a story in 240 characters or less.
Louis had a nosebleed, his mother by conviction says that the bleeding is due to high blood pressure, that is a false belief, Louis does not suffer from high blood pressure, it is only due to a bad cold.
