Feeling inspired today to share my thoughts on what my focus is on during these dramatic, shifting times on earth. I believe I am here to do my part in building the New World. The one where we are more compassionate, empathetic, passionate, feeling alive, being creative, loving more deeply, connecting more genuinely, and thriving. So how am I going to do my part?
I have a dream…
Creativity is the name of the game in the New World we are building together. Not only do we currently have at our fingertips new ways of creating that support us as creators (as in worldwide decentralized earning platforms like Hive, trading cryptocurrencies, DeFi, digital art in NFT’s, or Music on the Blockchain), we are also creating new ways of coming together in community to share our inspirations, support what we believe in, and grow into our potential.
I’ve seen a variety of communities popping up over the last two years that are different from what I’ve seen or participated in before. They are focused on first, being genuine & accepting of each other. They have more depth. Humanity is becoming more compassionate and empathetic.
The second thing I’m seeing is that they are focused on supporting sustainable living. From hemp growing, eating a plant based diet, clean water, learning an art modality, opening to emotional awareness, to giving support freely from entrepreneurs to people, places & projects that help those in need. And anything in between. These individuals & new communities seem to be popping up daily and I LOVE it!
I have my own idea and dream of the community I’d love to grow. It’s very simple:
"The focus is on creative expression. Whether we're opening to our creativity for the first time and gaining clarity, or we already have it down, we come together as a community to support each other. We gather. We give. We create. We inspire each other. I hold the space as a leader, yet there is no hierarchy. It's a synarchy. We're all equal, honored & respected for our piece of the whole. We share our gifts, everyone thrives. We are building something we believe in that serves humanity, not only our personal needs. There is no "plan." By going deeper within and following our own sense of intuition & inspiration, we have clear intentions. What we create together literally builds itself."
Why am I focused on creativity?
Because I believe this is where our power is. Creativity is what changes the World into what we want to see. It’s an “inside out” kind of thing. It used to be I thought I created my life from the “outside in.” The ol’ “build it and they will come” theory. But that doesn’t hold water anymore (literally!) We are living in NEW times that require NEW ways of seeing.
Creativity & connection empower us, reminding us of who is in charge of the World we create: You and Me. What we choose collectively feeds the whole.
Personally, I was never taught that I had that much power, let alone had any creativity in me. I’ve had to open to these realities on my own and learn as I go. My experiences have shown me that we have to go inward to bring out our gifts. We have to get quiet and listen. This is easy for some, not so easy for others. We all have an inner artist and a dream of our life. I’ve no doubt about that.
What we need is a safe, sacred & encouraging space to honor where our inner calling is leading us. And commit to it, knowing there will be ups & downs along the way.
As a whole, we’ve not been encouraged to follow our creative yearnings, let alone realize how important they are. We’ve been “taught” to follow the status quo: go to college, get married, buy a house, have kids…you know the drill. The manipulation goes even deeper, but I’m not going to get into that. I am focused on what I am FOR.
In my dream community, we focus on where we are headed, not what we’re leaving behind.
All we need to be is aware of what tries to pull us down, trust our own intuitions, and let those grabby negative monsters go. It’s not easy, yet inevitable. We must be the change. Time is up. There’s no going back. To me, this is the evolution of humanity we are in.
There is no blame or shame, it’s simply time to change the game.
I personally believe we are headed into a World where we see more and more communities of like minds and hearts coming together…all around the World…and we create a grid of love & creativity for humanity & mother earth, lifting us up into our potential.
