Not wanting to waste another second on the trash island, you tell everyone to board the raft.
To your horror, a 500-hundred pound monkey with liquor bottles appears out of nowhere and jumps aboard.
There isn't much you can do against something that could tear your limbs offs easily. It seems friendly enough so you push off.
"He comes with his own drinks?!" Tio says motioning for the monkey to come sit by him. They down a couple shots together.
Machete tries turning on the radio. Nothing. He then checks for batteries. Empty. Disappointed, he tosses it over his shoulder.
Not only did the radioactive and mutagenic waste create the plastic men on the island but it also gave birth to swimming trash creatures that hang around your raft as you paddle your way out to the ship.
All is going well. You and your mates are being entertained by the monkey as it juggles shot glasses and empty bottles high up into the air with flare and grace.
"He's gotta be," says Tres, "with us when we perform. The people will eat this up."
A bag of floating trash springs up into your face and wraps itself around your head. The monkey drops what it is juggling and swats at the bag creature with a peacock feather it has hanging from its bandana.
Hysterical laughter from everyone else erupts as you struggle to breath. With no help from them, you are able to rip the bag creature away from your face, throwing it back into the green slime from whence it came.
You're about to scold them for their lack of help when your eyes catch it off in the distance. A fin that is taller than the ship you're headed toward. Your mates, seeing your jaw drop, follow your ghostly stare.
You look behind you. The island is no longer there. You look back to where the ship is. Then you see the silhouette of a shark's mouth opening over the ship. Its radioactive teeth shootout electrical sparks as it clamps down on the ship, making it disappear within its jaws.
It vanishes briefly beneath the surface of the water before resurfacing.
Sharkzilla towers over you four-hundred and fifty stories. It bats down planes from the air, sending flaming plane parts splashing all around your raft.
The monkey jumps off and swims away from your raft, as do the trash creatures, leaving you and your mates to fend for yourselves.
Sharkzilla slaps its fin in the water. A huge tidal waves carries your raft away from it with blinding speed, gluing everyone to the surface of the raft. Your heart pounds. Your skin turns pale and your breathing is quick and shallow. You soil yourself when you suffer from the deafening roar shaking the air around you.
The next thing you see is the inside of Sharkzilla’s mouth, hundreds of electrified teeth lay in rows above you. A rotting corpse falls down from one, causing you to puke. You look at your bandmates one last time.
The jaws of death clamp down.
