No soy nada experta con esto de los efectos en el teléfono, esta es como mi segunda o tercera vez que lo intento. Encontré un filtro en mi teléfono marca realme que indica la siguiente secuencia: editar, mosaico y el final borroso.

La imagen nublada, pasando el dedo por el borde en la fotografía de Ali, el efecto borroso y el efecto mosaico, dan resultados muy parecidos. Deje el rostro de Ali, sin ningún efecto, solo el recorrido por su cuerpo, y su esponjosa cola. Casí como pintar con una brocha, es el efecto que se produce. Esta es la que más me gustó el efecto.
The cloudy image, running your finger over the edge in Ali's photograph, the blur effect and the mosaic effect, give very similar results. Leave Ali's face, without any effect, just the tour of her body, and her fluffy tail. Almost like painting with a brush, it is the effect that occurs. This is the one I liked the effect the most.
