Would you like to earn some curation rewards? Are you jealous of the voting bots that are earning money at everyone else's expense? Well then I have a deal for you! For the past month or so, I've been operating a home-brew voting bot on Steem, and according to Steemwhales.com it's been pretty successful:

I haven't been able to consistently beat @laonie yet, but I think it's only a matter of time before I do. Now, I'd like to make an offer to others in the community who would like to join me in earning these big curation rewards.
How it will work
You'll send me your posting key via email (find my email address at my website), steemit.chat, or privnote, and I'll add your account to my bot so that it will mirror every vote by @biophil. My main account @biophil will always vote first, but then I'll randomize the order of the vote followers so that on average you'll all get the same rewards.
To find your Posting Key, go to Change Password, then Permissions, then click the "Show Private Key" button at the top across from where it says "Posting."
DO NOT POST YOUR PRIVATE KEY ON STEEMIT! Only send that to me via something more private. And ABSOLUTELY do not send me any other of your keys. I don't want them.
How much will I earn?
We'll see what it actually looks like once I have a bunch of voting followers, but at the moment I'm earning somewhere between 0.1% and 0.15% daily returns on my VESTS (that's something like 40% and 70% annual compounding rates-of-return, respectively). This will almost certainly change in some way after the hard fork, but I can't predict how much it will change, or really in which direction (though I'd be surprised if it doesn't increase).
Also, you'll earn less than me because my account will always vote before you. But I would not be surprised if you still see something like 0.1% daily returns.
Do I have to pay for this?
I won't refuse tips, but I also won't ask for them. I'll benefit by voting before you, so I'm not quite giving you a free ride.
What if I want you to stop voting for me?
Then ask me to stop voting for you. If I keep voting for you, ask me again to stop. If I just won't listen, go change your Posting Key or Master Password and then I won't be able to vote for you.
Is it secure?
I won't divulge your posting key to anyone, but if someone gains access to my machine which is doing the voting (which is physically in my possession), they could steal your posting key. If this worries you, don't send me your posting key. It's generally good practice not to give people your private keys.
Can you use my posting key to steal my money?
No. I would need your Active Key to do that, and you won't send that to me, right? Please don't send that to me.
After I send you my posting key, how long before you add it to the bot?
I will eventually add it to the bot. I make no promises as to promptness. Everything I do at this point is manual, so sometimes it will take longer than others.
What if I want to pay you to vote before your account so I earn more?
Then make me an offer I can't refuse. :)
Now you're voting for me and I'm not earning as much as I thought I would. I'm angry!
You have no grounds to be angry. I promised nothing. I made no contract with you. I didn't even ask you to pay me. If you don't like something about the arrangement, go change your posting key and we'll be done.
Actually, I'm angry with you for running a voting bot. Steemit is for humans, not for bots!
This is going to sound insensitive, but in the 21st century, the whole world is for bots. We've got to learn how to live with them. Steem is a great example of a place where the incentives are structured so that bots are quite prosperous; whenever you build an incentive for something and then make it automateable, you'll get bots. If you don't like that, go off the grid.
