Don't be fooled. This "Sapin-Sapin" came in a box with a bunch of instructions but it tastes as good as the ones made from scratch. Lol! Surprising. Sapin-Sapin is a layered glutinous rice and coconut dessert in Philippine cuisine. It is made from rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, water, flavoring and coloring. It is popular desert in the philippines.
