Hello steemians😄 take a look with this one. It flies towards me while l'm in my bed. An unexpected visitor,praying mantis, I usually play with this insect in my childhood.
I think he loves selfie too..haha. By the way I made some research about this insect.
They have triangular heads with bulging eyes supported on flexible necks. Their elongated bodies may or may not have wings, but have forelegs that are greatly enlarged and are used for catching and gripping prey.
Their name was adapted from their upright posture, while remaining stationary with forearms folded, has led to the common name Praying Mantis.
And guess what, mantis are believed to have a supernatural power by early civilization like ancient Greece,Syria and ancient Egypt.
More than that my visitor keeps on posing just like he is enjoying the flash of the camera...haha(just kidding).
