A brand new theme for Steemit!

Today, #darkphotography is born!

As a photographer, I believe photography has many subcategories and I think having #photography as the main tag to share photographs limits those in search of a specific style. My plan here is to continue to support #photography but I want to make it easier for photographers to find exactly what they are looking for.

What is it? Example
-A photograph that draws emotional change
-A photograph edited with darker tones

What is it not? Example
-A photograph that is underexposed
-Limiting to a specific genre of photography

#darkphotography is NOT based on skillset and I encourage those of all skill levels who produce this type of photography to support this tag. I hope this encourages others to create other subcategories and continues to allow the photography community to keep on growing!
