Die Bodenplatte ist fertig, alles vorbereitet und bereitgelegt und ich warte auf meine Helfer, denn alleine kann man die Jurte nicht aufbauen.
The base plate is ready, everything prepared and ready to set. I wait for my helpers because alone I can not build up the yurt.
Im Eifer des Gefechtes habe ich keine Bilder gemacht und so bleibt mir nur zu beschreiben was wir getan haben:
- Zuerst die 5 Scheren-Gitterwände zusammengebunden und mit 2 Seilen oben und unten an der Tür fixiert
- das ganze Konstrukt mittig auf die Bodenplatte verschoben
- dann den doppelten Mittelpfosten mit Dachkranz aufgestellt und mit 4 Seilen an den Wänden befestigt
- 81 Dachstangen am Dachkranz und den Wänden eingehängt
In the heat of the moment I have not taken any pictures so I can only describe what we have done:
- First the 5 scissor-lattice walls tied together and fixed with 2 ropes at the top and at the bottom of the door
- the whole construct positioned in the center of the base plate
- then set up the double center post with roof ring and fastened with 4 ropes to the walls
- 81 roof rods attached to the roof rim and the walls
Der weisse Himmel, eine dünne Stoffplane, ist nun aufgelegt und die Filzteile werden darüber gelegt. Insgesammt 120 kg Filz werden die Jurte winterfest machen, eine Filzschicht entspricht einer 15 cm Ziegelmauer, in Sibirien werden 2 Filzschichten aufgebracht.
The white sky, a thin material sheet, is now hung up and the felt parts are laid over it. A total of 120 kg felt will make the yurt winterized, a felt layer corresponds to a 15 cm brick wall, in Siberia 2 felt layers are applied.
Nachdem die Filzteile mit Seilen, die kreuz und quer über die Jurte laufen, befestigt sind wird die Dachhaut, bestehend aus 2 Teilen aufgelegt und ebenfalls mit Seilen an der Bodenplatte befestigt.
After the felt parts are fastened with ropes crossing the yurt crosswise, the roof skin, consisting of 2 parts, is attached and also attached to the floor with ropes.
Jetzt sind noch die 3 Pferdehaarseile an den Türrahmen gebunden und eine Teichfolie an der Unterseite des Filzes befestigt und über den Rand der Bodenplatte gezogen. Damit ist die Jurte absolut wasserdicht und die Inneneinrichtung kann beginnen.
Now the three horse-hair ropes are attached to the door frames and a pond foil is attached to the underside of the felt and pulled over the edge of the floor plate. This makes the yurt absolutely watertight and the interior can begin.
So schaut es aus, man sieht die Dachklappe, die mit 4 Pferdehaarseilen je nach Wetter ganz einfach auf- und zugemacht werden kann.
This is how it looks, you can see the roof flap, which can be easily opened and closed with 4 horse hair ropes depending on the weather.
Direkt neben der Jurte habe ich noch eine kleine Hütte für die Spirits aufgebaut.

Der Schornstein ragt in die Bäume, ein paar Äste mussten weichen.
The chimney protrudes into the trees, a few branches have had to give way.
Teppiche und Felle sind ausgelegt, die Wände mit etlichen Masken und Kleinkram geschückt, Polster und Stühle sind auch schon da.
Carpets and skins are laid out, the walls are adorned with a lot of masks and small items, cushions and chairs are already there.
Der original mongolische Ofen in Betrieb. Es ist ein Blechofen und kurz vor dem Durchglühen, also etwas weniger Holz lieber Schamane! In 10 Minuten kann die Jurte von minus 5 auf plus 35 Grad gebracht werden!

Zur Einweihung habe ich alle Nachbarn eingeladen um ihnen die Furcht vor dem Schamanen zu nehmen. Und es werden fast 20 Personen kommen, also volles Haus.

Tee auf mongolische Art zur Begrüßung, gekocht auf dem Ofen: Grüner Tee mit Salz und Milch, wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hat schmeckt er ausgezeichnet :)
Tea in the Mongolian style, cooked on the stove: green tea with salt and milk, if you get used to it, it tastes excellent :)
Die Konstuktion der Jurte macht sie sturmfest und winterfest und wird für Jahre stehen bleiben, ab und zu wird sie abgebaut und restauriert oder Teile ersetzt. Neben meinem vorigen Haus war sie schon 5 Jahre gestanden.
The construction of the yurt makes it storm-proof and winter-proof and will stand for years, sometimes it will be dismantled and restored or parts replaced. Besides my previous house she had been standing for five years.
Das wars vom Aufbau, ich hoffe es war nicht langweilig. Wer will kann mich jederzeit besuchen und in der Jurte übernachten, sie ist immer offen, bis dann!
