How to Make Fat-free Muffins for Toddlers (With only 6 Ingredients)

Howdy everyone! How are you all?

I am gonna share a wholesome and healthy recipe for toddlers.
If you are worried about what you put in your Little one's tummy, have this a try :)

So, I have come up with this home made fat-free muffins. This easy muffin recipe is ideal for baby led weaning toddlers.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup chappati atta (wheat flour)
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato (boiled/steamed)
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 medium banana (mashed)

Preparations

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheight for 15 to 20 minutes
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients altogether. (chappati atta, oats and cinnamon)
  3. Make a well at the center. Add the mashed banana, sweet potato and apple sauce
  4. Mix well until it makes a paste like consistency
  5. Grease the muffin tray and Add the mixture in every half cup
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Transfer to cooling rack

You will know if its properly cook by pricking a fork or a toothpick in to the mufffin. When the toothpick comes out clean after pricking, it's all set and cooked.

Home made baby foods are easy and fun! Feel free to alter or mix and match the recipe, Say, an avocado with banana & applesauce and etc.

The best thing about home made baby foods is.... You know what's in your baby's food meal. It's economically and last but not the least, it's healthy!.
