Hey Everyone,
My dog Floppy had successful back surgery on Friday 12/22. He is in recovery and should be ok!!!
Unfortunately, this unexpected expense has hit my family hard and I am turning to the Steemit in an attempt to raise funds to pay for this surgery.
Every upvote, comment, and share will help me out, and any straight donations would be wonderful!
I will continue posting once per day with updates and new pictures. I appreciate your help in advance!!!
Day 3 Update:
Floppy is doing well but still in pain. He groans a tiny bit when we massage his hind left leg (the leg that completely gave out first). But he is still able to walk about 10-20 steps (for exercise/stretching) on his own, and is also able to go pee and poo on his own when we take him out. He is even on the couch right now (although being cuddled tightly so he doesn't jump) with my wife Vanessa (picture above). His appetite is as strong as ever, and we are making sure to keep him well fed and hydrated while in the crate.
