I was delighted. In this picture, the emotions of my son. It is more important than the technique of drawing.
For some time we lived not far from Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. From time to time we came to Kiev. Arriving by train, this is half the battle, then you need to get to your destination by public transport.
My son especially remembered it. Crowds of people near the subway. Narrow streets between the rows of differently-owned retail outlets. The atmosphere that is depressing. I don’t really want to go back there. Such places I want to ignore, but it does not work. The road is one, underground to the escalator.
Son painted the church in the upper right corner. Without a prayer, I don’t really want to go down to the underground mine. Crane, it is a hope that blue sky and flying birds will become visible again soon.
When you come to the turnstile, a feeling appears that looks like a visit to the dentist, this is the feeling my son tried to convey with this drawing.
Surprisingly, some Kievans do not know that they live on high hills, they have to explain this by a mathematical method. The level of the subway on the left bank of the Dnieper, where the cars move on the surface of the earth and the level of the subway on the right bank, where the depth of the escalators is several hundred meters.
