It's my first time to attend this event so I wasn't aware what to expect. š Apparently to have the best viewing experience, you have to stay near the stage/judging area. And so I did go there for a better view. Hehe.
Enjoy watching a variety of bright light floats and dance numbers by various private and government companies. š
