Taking care of our skin is a must, that's for sure. It is the largest organ in our body. But if we keep on using commercial products, doesn't it make more harm than good. In our today's society for some, sadly they are being judge with their appearance. Sometimes, you are being hired according to your looks. So people are opted to "commercial products" like whitening creams, tanning creams etc.

There are lots of topical creams available in the market, almost all promise to reverse anti aging, and people think the more expensive the cream is, the more it works.

According to the skin experts, Yes, most of them works, but with a high amount of chemical in order for them to be efficient. (That includes harmful toxic that unnecessarily needed for the body). There are many new products and devices popping in the beauty industry, claiming to control aging. If you are to ask me, why not nature takes it course. Embrace it, honor it. Ageing is a natural part of life.

"Eating a balanced diet and a good life style is always on the lead to keep aging at bay".

If nature provides us with all the goodness, We might want to take advantage for it.
