breakfast for my other half
I started my morning earlier than my wife. We never have a breakfast as a habit or common activity for both of us. It is My initiative to serve any breakfast for her because she doesn't have any spesific breakfast menu. I know that she loves the breakfast idea as ling as I am the one who made it for her😂.
Because she's busy playing with the monsters until very late and would woke up a bit late too😅 I think she'll be in a good mood if I fed her up too😃.

Lemon, our cat spent his relax on a quiet street last night
Eventhough we didn't celebrate christmas and holidays, but some regular customers are out of town to enjoy their holidays, so the visitors at our shop drop down too. We use the quiet time to discuss about anything. Yeah.. My wife and I always love to talk and discuss about anything (sometimes I must stopped her from talking about tge steemit and steemmonsters😈)
The Sunda Straits Tsunami
We're at the shop talking with 4 other customers the night when we heard and watched about the disaster on December 22nd 2018 around 9.30 pm. We didn't expect it as Tsunami because there's no sign or announcement from the authorities about it. Cici suspected about the wrong or malfuctioning system again. We found out the truth about it later.
More than 200 people die, dozens are still missing and 12k people displaced. I know some affected areas because I've bern there before. Nothing in my mind related the tsunami with the Mount Anak Krakatau eruption. We watched the news again and the authority announced that the tsunami was caused by the falls of 64 hectares parts of Anak Krakatau to the sea which also destroys the seismographic system at that epic active volcano.
Cici has a little information about how the tsunami early warning system worked, she has followed the training for journalist anout ten years ago. She learned about how the buoys that floating in the ocean sent the signal about any suspicious movement of the world craters. Indonesia is one of the country that lies on the ring of fire, so disasters is the part of our life. The government has tried to do anything to teach and warn the people about it.
On The Sunda Straits Tsunami, The authorities announced that they're failed to detect the tsunami because so many equipments which supposed to report the datas are missing and malfunctioning too. 22 buoys are missing too. We've been hit by tsunami many times since 2004 and the victims keep falling.
Meanwhile the government working on it, some irresponsible and pamick people still use the situation to get people's sympathy for the up coming election. It worsen the situation.

Still, we have a strong solidarities within the community. Our community leaders led by tge Mosque, collecting fund from community to provides emergency respond aid for the survivors. They're collecting more than 15 billions in two days. Our representatives will go shopping some important things for the survivors and bring it to the chosen location.
I knew these two people, they're not rich but they have kind heart to donate some money they have for the survivors too
