I haven't had breakfast in ages and i haven't had jelly toast in ages. Friday hmmmm, maybe ill do 2 meals today woot. I started cooking this this morning and was like "what the hey, photo follow along ". I originally planned on the eggs being over easy but my supposed non stick pan had other plans. I am not one to make mistakes w food, know what i am saying. Ive found mistakes can also be delicious hah hah.
Fried Eggs (cough cough) over easy
Jelly Toast on some low carb/low calorie bread
Fried Tater in coconut oil
And a delicious cup of coffee w my favorite hazelnut cream. Injoy
(Calories Sure add up fast. I was just doing some old school math from back in my gym rat days. A grand total of 910 calories for breakfast.)
4 eggs = 280cal
1 potato = 160cal
2 slices bread = 90cal
2 tbl spoons jelly = 100cal
2 tbl spoons coconut oil = 180cal
2 tbl spoons whipped butter = 100cal
Total=910 calories
