Way back in late '07 or early '08, my niece Cindy K gave me this
'George Foreman™ "Quesadilla" maker.

I have today, for the first time taken it out of the box and used it.
Not 𝑄𝑈𝐼𝑇𝐸 what I thought it would be, but not bad.

I overloaded it a bit, got it a bit more spicy than I should have.
I thought the edges of each triangle would seal more, making it like a 'hot pocket', but so far, they are delicious

I had bought some grated "Mexican Style cheese" but otherwise
I had some bell peppers that were going bad, some leftover
Salsa, raw onion, and today I bought some pickled
Jalapenõ rings . I should have left those off. I mean... I like my
Hot Latino foods, but these have my head sweating and
Ears ringing ha ha.
