Today, I thought I would write another short story in exactly #fiftywords (this is not an entry for the current challenge by @miniature-tiger, you can find my entry to his current challenge here!)
It wasn’t just raining cats and dogs, but elephants and hippos too.
She took shelter in a bookshop.
The owner laughing at her bedraggled appearance, fetched a towel and a coffee.
They chatted for hours, fell in love, and married the following spring.
