Isla stared at the screen. Her blank eyes held no life, though her insides yearned for the information at her fingertips.
Click. Click. Sizzle… beep!
Bewildered, she paused as she goggled at the empty screen.
“No!” she wailed. Her addiction unfulfilled, she flung the mouse and collapsed.
