This is one of those events that always waits to reach your city to enjoy its friendly atmosphere, people and above all of the tastes and flavors Venezuelan.
There were dishes for all tastes, from beef burgers, dried fruit and vegetarian food, without leaving of side dishes more traditional in my country, as the arepa, the patacón, the cachapas, and an Andean coffee company.
One of the exhibitions that I liked, most was that of different cakes, cupcakes, desserts and sweets, filled my taste palate.
In this event, there was something that really caught my attention, there was a room where the best chefs in my country, taught to prepare their best dishes, they cooked completely live for all viewers, showing step by step each of their recipes.
There also was a tasting room where event-goers could taste and enjoy the flavors of each of the exhibitors, as they imagine that room always was full of people.
They were many attending this great event and we hope to repeat soon to continue to enjoy the best flavors of Venezuelans, and so as we remember all the good of living in Venezuela.

Táchira Gastronómica 2017 (Parte II) - Una Experiencia de Gustos y Sabores
Hola Queridos Steemians
Este es uno de esos eventos que siempre esperas que llegue a tu ciudad, para disfrutar de su agradable ambiente, de las personas y sobre todo de los gustos y sabores Venezolanos.
Hubo platos para todos los gustos, desde hamburguesas de carne de res, hasta frutos secos y comida vegetariana, sin dejar de lado los platos mas tradicionales de mi país, como la arepa, el patacón, las cachapas y la compañía de un delicioso café andino.
Una de las exposiciones que mas me gusto, fue la de los postres, diferentes tortas, cupcakes y dulces típicos, llenaron mi paladar de sabor.
En este evento, hubo algo que realmente llamo mi atencion, había un salón donde los mejores chefs de mi país enseñaban totalmente gratis, a preparar sus mejores platos, ellos cocinaban totalmente en vivo para todos los espectadores, indicando paso por paso cada una de sus recetas.
También existía un cuarto de degustación donde los asistentes al evento podían degustar y disfrutar de los sabores de cada uno de los expositores, como imaginaran ese cuarto siempre estaba lleno de personas.
Fueron muchos los asistentes a este gran evento y esperamos que se repita pronto para seguir disfrutando de lo mejor de los sabores Venezolanos, y así recordar todo lo bueno de vivir en Venezuela.
