Man-Du is a Korean name of dumpling. Basically, there are meats, kimchi or vegetable in a dumpling. The mandu in the picture was my brunch. It's like my fusion cooking. I put some mashed potatoes and cheese in a dumpling skin. It is easy to make and doesn't take a lot of time. Keep mashed potatoes in your refrigerator. Whenever you'd like to eat this, make some quickly and enjoy with a coffee or a soup.
