Fried seasoned webfoot octopus and cold buckwheat noodle soup / Food Photography

I hope this food is your first time from South Korea now.

It will be more glad to introduce the food to steemit as a child. Webfoot octopus is my favorite. It is chewy and tastes really good. It is a kind of octopus and the size is 20 to 30 cm. I like roasted seasoned webfoot octopus but a soup is also good. Someday, I'd like to share my own soup recipe.

There are many restaurants in South Korea which has a webfoot octopus food for a main menu. If they have fresh ingredients, you'll be satisfied with the food in any one of the restaurants. That is the power of the ingredient. Webfoot octopus is really delicious.

If you can buy webfoot octopus in your market, don't hesitate to buy it. If you don't have any recipe, just steam it. Have the steamed webfoot octopus with Korean red pepper paste or make a white sauce by yourself. Mix mayo 4 tablespoons, crushed garlic a half teaspoon, black pepper, parsley, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon honey or sweet plumliquid to make a white sauce.

I additionally ordered a cold buckwheat noodle soup. When I eat spicy seasoned foods, I always need some soup. I like spicy foods but don't eat well. Fortunately, acorn jelly soup was served together but it wasn't enough for me.

The restaurant was good. First of all, the foods were very good and it was clean. If you are planning to visit South Korea, don't forget to have webfoot octopus. I recommend that seasoned webfoot octopus with sam-gyup-sal (pork) if you like a Korean spicy food. If you drink, try to eat with soju (Korean distilled spirits) Soju has 21 percent alcohol content.

Enjoy!
