A BraaiBoy TV Product Review... The Bonsai Braai

I've got a bit of a different BraaiBoy TV episode for you in this one... instead of a recipe like I normally do (well, there is a very basic recipe as well), but the main focus of this episode is a product review of sorts.

As an ambassador for Chad-O-Chef, http://www.chad-o-chef.co.za/, (I'm still working on getting them onto Steemit) I get to play with all their cool toys... which is great... but one thing that's lacking from their product line is a "travel braai". We spoke about it a few months ago, and since it's pretty much just me in the world that needs to travel with their braai, it was understandably put on the back-burner :P

Anyway... so the other day Chad-O-Chef surprised me with this once-off, just-for-me, pint-sized braai. I've dubbed it the Bonsai Braai or Chad-O-Mini ... haven't quite decided yet.

At face value it seemed like a pretty cool braai... but the only way to really know was to braai on it... and so I did.

Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Combine Dijon Mustard and Honey in a 1-2 (1 Mustard, 2 Honey ratio) and add a squeeze of lemon.
Spice and Braai pork chops until they're nearly done and then brush with the honey mustard.
1 or 2 turns, basting each time you do and you've got a delicious classic pork chop.

The bonsai braai worked a charm! 3 pork chops fit neatly onto the grill... please check out the video to see how it went down.
