Pancakes with apples

Hi Stimians! When I come from school very hungry, I cook these pancakes which are delicious and healthy. While I cook it, I eat raw apples, because fruits to eat for half an hour before meals. This delicious combination of useful and very fast. It takes about 1 hour so that you can enjoy!

We need ingredients:

- About 0.5 kg of apples

- 300 grams of yogurt

- 5 tablespoons flour

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 eggs

- Sugar and salt to taste

- 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda with lemon juice

Preparation: Step 1.  Clear the apple peel and finely cut.

Step 2: Mix all ingredients.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into the frying pan. Fry on low heat with the lid closed.

Step 4: When the pancake is baked on one side - flip to the other side.

Very tasty with sour cream, and you can add honey or jam.
