Wok tafu with chinese brocoli recipe


I love this tafu dish, sometime it's nice to be a little bit vegetarian. I would like to share this recipe with everyone in steemit. 

Ingredients

500 gram tafu

500 gram chinese broccoli of broccoli flower.

1 teaspoon sugar

 teaspoon salt

4  tablespoons oyster sauce ( if you are vegetarian can use musroom sauce  and you can buy it at the chinese store)

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped garlic 

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

7 tablespoon vegetable oil ( for fry the tafu).

50 ml 

Cut the tafu in cube side, then add some salt on top of it. Set it a side. 

Cut the chinese broccoli of the broccoli flower in a side that you wants, then set it a side.

Place the frying pan on the very hot fire, then add the vegetable oil and tafu.

Fry the tafu until became a bit crispy, place it on the top of kitchen pepper. Set it a side.  Place a frying pan on the very hot fire, then add the 2 tablespoon oil and a tablespoon chopped garlic. Add the chinese broccoli of the broccoli flower in. Stir it very fast in one minute time, then add the crispy tafu, sugar, salt, oyster sauce of musroom sauce. Stir it very good and becareful that the vegetable can not be cook too long.
