Today I'll show you how vegans and raw foodists feed at ecovillage. My friend lived for two months in the ecovillage. This ecovillage is located in the mountains of southern Serbia.
They eat very simply, one might even say monotonous. There are no exotic foods, no gourmet food there (even ice cream this summer they did not do).
They keep to, soon the year will be, this diet.
In the morning, after waking up, a liter of warm water with the juice of one lemon.
Then, after half an hour - green cocktail.
During the day, snack fruit or vegetable juice.
In the evening, at 18.00 - vegetable salad.
An hour before bedtime - cabbage brew. And so every day.
Bread and flour they are not eating, coffee and tea do not drink, do not use dairy products. From boiled, only broccoli, cauliflower, beans, lentils and brown rice. Buckwheat (when available) - soaked.
They are not boil broccoli and cauliflower and they kept in boiling water for 3-5 minutes and added to the salad.
From sweets, only dates and figs, honey rare. They try to drink for 2 liters of water per day.
Now, in late autumn, they left two kinds of daily fruit snacks: these are persimmons with pears (in the photo), or grenades.
Here is a daily diet. I wrote all, as I was told. I'd add that probably will never be many vegans. As I wrote, it is still another level of thinking and understanding.
