这天和朋友去了郊区的农场,带回了一些火龙果,切开发现有两种顔色,一个是白色,另外一种是紫色,它们其实就是仙人掌的果子,我的小孩不喜欢吃,所以我用它炒了一盘菜,又甜又有点咸味
需要的食材:胡萝卜,花生米/坚果,料酒,西兰花,盐 鸡精

  1. 火龙果切成两半,两个大拇指沿着果肉边缘稍稍用力下压,剥出果肉
  2. 把火龙果切成丁,留一半完整的外壳待用
  3. 胡萝卜切片,花菜切小
  4. 锅内倒适量油,胡萝卜和西兰花翻炒,加适量盐和鸡精调味,快出锅时,加火龙果与花生米炒匀,出锅装盘~
    好看好吃的火龙果炒菜 你就可以吃了
