不敢吃,想吃只能自己做,昨晚上去超市采购了许多食材
制做泡椒凤爪需要用到的食材配料很多,主要有
鸡爪,袋装泡椒,大葱,小米椒,生姜,白酒,花椒粒,陈皮,香叶,冰糖,白醋,芝麻油,鸡精

  1. 洗干净鸡爪,开水开后煮4分钟,把煮出来的杂物全部洗干净!放水里冲洗几遍.
  2. 煮鸡爪的时候.可以顺便把大葱切段.把生姜切片.准备一些胡椒粒.百果或桂皮一小块
  3. 锅里倒入袋装泡椒里面的水.然后再根据鸡爪放水.总水量要能盖过鸡爪的.然后把切好的生姜片放下去.放一块冰糖下去
  4. 煮水的时候.把准备的泡椒其中一部分剪开.这样让泡椒的辣味能出来,注意别让里面水蹦进了眼睛
  5. 把小米椒和泡椒放下去!水快煮开的时候,然后放盐
  6. 煮10-15分钟.根据自己喜好.喜欢吃硬的就煮10分钟.喜欢软烂一些的就煮时间长一点
  7. 煮好的鸡爪倒入冷水里面冲洗几遍,然后把之前煮好放彻底凉透的泡椒水(一定要已经凉透了),倒入白醋.芝麻油.鸡精搅拌均匀.然后把鸡爪放进去泡着.一定要能盖过鸡爪,盖上盖子.密封12小时取出来翻动一下鸡爪.一般24小时以后就非常好吃了
  8. 美味的泡椒凤爪现在可以吃了
