- 制作面团,将面粉、酵母、白糖和盐放在碗里稍加搅拌后慢慢加入水,冬天发酵时间长一点,大概1小时左右
- 将面团擀成约长方型,厚度约5MM左右,刷上少许油
- 撒上葱花,从两侧向中间对折,然后再刷上油
- 将好的面团切成宽度约3CM的小块
- 用一根筷子顺着剂子的长度方向从中间压下去
- 做好的花卷入放入蒸窝15分钟. 就熟了
