Today I tried to cook eggplants. My friend gave me a new recipe.
Ingredients:
5 eggplants
2 onions
1 big garlic
Parsley, salt, oil, vinegar
Chop the eggplants, onion garlic and parsley.
Add salt to eggplants. Leave them for 20-30 minutes. Then add vinegar to the chopped onion.
Drain the juice from aggplants. Then fry them in oil.
After that lay in layers fried eggplants, then onion, garlic and parsley.
Leave this ready dish in the fridge for 4 hours.
This dish is very tasty! You can eat it as salad with your faviurite dish.
