[DIY] Smooth Chocolate Coffee Bread

As Usual, Greeting Softness!

This cake tastes light, I actually do not know what to give any name to this cake, given many cakes that I made especially for this kind of types of soda bread. But, whatever name you give it later is not a problem, because the most important taste. Comfortable in the mouth, comfortably in the stomach and your heart.


Every piece is delicious, you can eat it with your family and serve several cups of hot tea. If there is a party, of course you can prepare this cake as a gift.



First of all provide 2 tablespoons of hot water + 1 large spoon coffee, stir it!



OK. 1 sachet of 3 in 1 coffee flavorings

  • 3 large spoon thick coconut milk. I'm using kara
  • 1 small spoon vanilla essence


Mix until foamy. High speed about 10 minutes only



Turn off the mixer pour 4 large spoon melted butter which already had been, and no heat, return it to form dough



Divide into two parts



If you want the color is more beautiful, place 1 small spoon chocolate emulco



OK, may enter into a 7 or 8 pan roasted at 170 the past 50 minutes depending on oven temperature respectively. If steam 40 minutes over high heat and add 1 small spoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon cream of tartar into a little dough.
