To have a Friday night off from the usual Graveyard shift , especially when its on a stat holiday ( Rememberance Day ) its always nice to just kick back and relax ! As luck would have it my boyfriend was able to come into town today ! Which was awesome , as its not very often that we actually get to spend time together with family , working opposite shifts ! He brought beer as well to kick things off ! Yippee! Now thats what I call TGIF !
For dinner " Finger Cooking " was the only option ! So we let our fingers do the walking , all the way to the Chinese Food Restaurant ! Its been at least 3 months since we ordered Chinese ! I can never afford it , but he just got paid , and he lives in the country 1 hour from town where theres no take out ! So he was more then happy to order in and pay for dinner ! And it was awesome ! Its always better when someone else cooks and all I have to do is pick up the phone .
So heres all the stuff we ordered ! This is for 4 people ! And theres always lots left over ! 🎎😋🎎
We ordered : chicken fried rice / beef chow mein / chicken balls / vegetable beef chop suey / sweet and sour pork / 4 spring rolls , and a bonus order of Dry Garlic ribs for getting more then 50.00 dollars worth ! So for 60.00 bucks you really do get alot of stuff ! 2 meals really ! So for me its ok if everyone chips in to order for delivery ! Or if someone else can afford to buy LOL ! At my place we order pizza on the last Wed or week of the month! And 3 of us chip in! I think it tastes much better because we dont order in all the time! Its a treat! Mmmmm! 😋🖒
AND OF COURSE IT GOES GREAT WITH A NICE COLD GLASS OF BEER ! 🍺🍻🍺
