Colors and more colors!
One thing I always have in my kitchen is a good unflavored gelatin to improve gut health and digestion, bone and joint pain, making ligaments and soft tissue stronger, improve my sleep and help to balance Glycine x methionine consumption (gelatin is rich in Glycine)
I usually prefeir sticking to unflavored ones, Great Lakes is the brand I consume the most, you can get it at iHerb clicking here
I make some tea, like herbal tea or ginger and mix 1-2 tbsp of gelatin before it cools down completely.
throw it on the fridge and BOOM!
Great bowl of homemade flavoured gelatin without artificial colorants.
