Smoked Pork Chop with Mushrooms.

If you're bothered by eating the same thing all the time and you're craving something special today, I have a very tasty and simple recipe for you and your family to enjoy some succulent smoked chops. 😋 It's a recipe not suitable for vegetarians.

Sometimes we want to vary in the kitchen to enjoy our food, and for lack of imagination we don't realize that in our refrigerator we have all the necessary ingredients to make a special dish.

We have all read that mushrooms are beneficial to the body because they have large amounts of minerals such as: Potassium, selenium, copper, niacin, etc., and are rich in fiber which is good for the digestive system. They also contain proteins and vitamins. It can be eaten raw or cooked in several recipes and is good for low calorie diets. There is a wide variety of edible mushrooms and they are all equally beneficial. So, don't hesitate to add them to your diet as they are not only delicious but also healthy for your body.


If you have these simple ingredients that I am going to mention, I invite you to prepare this exquisite dish.

Preparation for two people.

Ingredients:

300 gr. of mushrooms.
2 Smoked chops.
1 Half cream. (in my case lactose free but you can use it as you prefer)
1 Onion.
1 clove of garlic.
Olive oil, salt and black pepper.

Chop the onion and garlic and fry with salt and pepper.When the onion has fried, add the chopped mushrooms.

After 5 minutes add the half cream and check the salt point.Boil for another 5 minutes to thicken the cream a little.

While the mushroom sauce is being prepared, we should brown the chops. Once everything is ready, place the chops on a plate and add as much sauce as you like on top of the chops, and enjoy. Hmmmmmm! 😋

You can accompany this dish with steamed vegetables, a green salad or any other dish, but the most important thing is that you enjoy it with your friends and family. Ah! don't forget the wine, it is very important. 😉
