Hello everyone, today is my recipe - "Apple Tart".
Apple tart turns out very tasty, fragrant, beautiful and its not difficult to prepare.
Apple tart, just magical! I loved it from the first bite, and not only for its great taste and beauty, but also because it is easy and quick to prepare. If you have some apples, sugar, flour and butter, a bit of time - success is guaranteed!
Ingredients:
Apples - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 100 g
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Shortbread dough:
Flour - 500 g
Sugar - 1 cup
Butter - 300 g
Eggs - 2 pcs
Salt - a pinch
Recipe:
Chilled butter cut into cubes, add to the bowl with the flour, sifted with salt and sugar. Mix well.
Add 2 eggs into the dough, quickly stir with a fork until smooth.
Knead the dough by hand so that it absorbed all the pieces and became smooth.
Roll the dough into a ball, put in a bowl, close the foil and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
Apples peeled, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut into slices.
Apples mixed with sugar and cinnamon.
Put the apples in a baking dish.
Cover the apples batter and spread evenly over the entire form.
Bake an apple tart for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Wonderful apple tart is ready!
Now you need to flip the tart onto a plate.
Serve warm apple tart!
